Returns Policy for SME Partners

At PBE Export and Import ltd, we are committed to ensuring that all SMEs we work with under the leadership of Kawukudi Economy Limited benefit from a fair and transparent returns process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns apply to goods supplied by SMEs that fail to meet export standards or arrive damaged at the receiving warehouse.
  • SMEs must respond to return claims submitted within 48 hours of goods arriving at international warehouses.

Notification Procedure

Kawukudi Economy Limited will notify the responsible SME. Notification will include:

  • Order reference number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photographic or video evidence
  • Date and time of delivery.

Resolution Process

A joint assessment will be conducted between Kawukudi Economy Limited and the SME. Depending on the findings, the SME may be required to:

  • Replace the goods
  • Issue a credit note for the affected value
  • Refund the portion of payment corresponding to the loss

Dispute Handling

  • Disputes arising from return claims will follow mediation and, where necessary, arbitration per our SME partnership agreement.

Continuous Improvement

  • Repeated returns or quality failures may result in SME suspension from the export program until corrective action is taken.
